Computer Competency
– This test usually tests your competency
of navigating through Windows XP. Some
companies may use tests with true/false or multiple choice questions while other
company’s will give an interactive tests that require one to actually navigate though
Windows XP. These tests usually aren’t
too in depth, but will cover topics like the internet, MS Office, Windows interface,
and file management.
Personality Profile
– There are many tests out there which
will try to provide insight into your personality, strengths, and weaknesses. While these tests come in many types,
usually they will consist of scripted questions asking you make choices.
The main goal of these tests is to determine if your personality will be
conducive to an At Home Agent Position.
Role
Play – Some call centers may ask you to roll-play a customer service type conversation. Of course, they are looking to see if
you have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a customer service
setting.
